Leads youth engagement, dialogue, and innovation initiatives — mobilising young Nigerians through structured platforms that promote understanding of reforms, enterprise opportunities, and national development priorities, channelling Nigeria's largest demographic into constructive, nation-building civic participation.
Organization & Mobilization Directorate
Coordinates grassroots structures and mobilisation frameworks nationwide — supporting zonal, state, LGA, and ward-level operations, ensuring orderly engagement, membership growth, and structured community outreach that reaches every Nigerian across all 774 local government areas.
Media & Publicity Directorate
Responsible for managing all traditional media channels of information dissemination(broadcast(tv, print, radio) the Directorate enforces messaging discipline, and coordinates media engagement across the aforementioned platforms. It oversees public information management, while proactively addressing misinformation and fake news. The Directorate ensures that all communications from the Renewed Hope platform are accurate, consistent, and credible.
Digital & New Media Directorate
Drives the digital footprint of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors — managing social media strategy, online community building, digital campaigns, and the deployment of technology platforms that amplify reform messaging to millions of Nigerians across all digital channels.
Finance Directorate
Manages financial planning, accountability, and resource coordination for the platform — ensuring transparency, prudence, and compliance with approved operational frameworks so that every naira committed to the Renewed Hope mission is accounted for and deployed with maximum impact.
Monitoring, Compliance & Legal Directorate
Provides legal oversight, compliance monitoring, and grievance management frameworks — ensuring that all operations, engagements, and communications of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors platform remain within constitutional bounds and the highest standards of legal and ethical practice.
Technology & Data Directorate
Manages the digital infrastructure, data systems, and technology tools that power the Renewed Hope platform — from the intelligence dashboard to membership databases and analytics, ensuring that decision-making is evidence-based and that technology serves every Ambassador across Nigeria.
Support Groups Directorate
Coordinates thematic support coalitions — professional bodies, trade associations, faith groups, and civil society clusters — building broad-based alliances that amplify the Renewed Hope message and ensure that every segment of Nigerian society has a structured pathway to participate in reform advocacy.
Intelligence Directorate
Gathers, analyses, and synthesises political, social, and reform-related intelligence to inform strategic decision-making — monitoring public sentiment, identifying emerging issues, and providing leadership with the actionable insights needed to stay ahead of challenges and opportunities in the reform communication landscape.
Special Duties Directorate
Handles high-priority assignments, strategic liaison, and special presidential mandates that fall outside the scope of standard directorates — serving as the platform's flexible rapid-response unit for national events, protocol functions, government interface, and any critical mission requiring urgent coordinated action.
Planning Directorate
Develops strategic plans, operational frameworks, and programme calendars that guide the Renewed Hope Ambassadors platform — aligning all directorate activities with overarching goals, ensuring coordinated execution, measurable outcomes, and adaptive planning as Nigeria's reform journey progresses toward 2027 and beyond.
Welfare Directorate
Attends to the wellbeing, welfare needs, and support requirements of Renewed Hope Ambassadors members nationwide — ensuring that our platform members are motivated, cared for, and equipped with the personal and professional support they need to serve their communities and the reform agenda effectively.
Administration Directorate
Manages the day-to-day administrative operations of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors platform — overseeing secretariat functions, correspondence, records management, logistics, and the operational systems that ensure all sixteen directorates function smoothly, efficiently, and in coordinated alignment with platform objectives.
Women Affairs Directorate
Provides strategic leadership for women's engagement, empowerment pathways, and inclusive participation — ensuring that women's perspectives, leadership, and community roles are fully integrated into civic engagement and feedback processes, making certain that Nigeria's most vital voices shape the reform agenda from the ground up.
Diaspora Directorate
Engages Nigeria's vast global diaspora community — connecting Nigerians in the UK, USA, Europe, Asia, and across Africa to the Renewed Hope reform narrative, channelling diaspora remittances, skills, investment, and advocacy into the national development project and amplifying Nigeria's reform story on the world stage.
Research & Innovation Directorate
Generates evidence-based insights, policy research, and innovative programme models that keep the Renewed Hope platform at the cutting edge — producing white papers, reform impact assessments, public opinion research, and new engagement innovations that continuously improve how the platform serves Nigerians and communicates reform outcomes.
